ABC Book Challenge Week 11, 12, & 13

Did I take an accidental hiatus? Yes and I’m so sorry to anyone that keeps up with my posts (unlikely, but still.) I got very busy with work and planning my vacation, D.C. was amazing BTW, but now I’m back and have a lot to do! To start, I’m combining week 11, 12, and 13 of the ABC Book Challenge!

My Memorable “K” Read:

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini

I had to read this my senior year of high school for my english class and I was so shocked by how much I loved it. It was so profound and really touched my heart. It’s a book of friendship, survival, love, and loss with so much culture imbedded in every page. If you haven’t read this classic yet, you should really consider it!

My Memorable “L” Read:

Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead

The final book in the amazing Vampire Academy Books. I was so in love with these books! I have read the series twice and would probably read it again right now if I owned them. This series was one of my faves in my early high school days!

My Memorable “M” Read:

Marked by P.C. Cast. and Kristin Cast

This is book one in the house of night series, and was one of my favorite series in middle school. AND I read the series twice in those three years of middle school. What is weird, is I kind of don’t think I would like it anymore if I read it today? It did really build my love of Academy type settings in books though!

Now a list of my “K” “L” & “M” TBR:

The Key by Jennifer Anne Davis

King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo

A Kingdom of Exiles by S.B. Nova

Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare

The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli

The Last of August by Brittany Cavallaro

Let’s Get Lost by Adi Alsaid

The Light Between Worlds by Laura E. Weymouth

Long May She Reign by Rhiannon Thomas

Looking For Alaska by John Green

I have Zero “M” books on my TBR. That seems strange? I feel like M is a pretty common starter letter. Maybe?
Thanks for joining me again after almost a month, I will be posting regularly again starting now. So look out for some hopefully exciting posts, and reviews! Happy Reading 🖤

  1. I really hope you’ll enjoy Lady Midnight, it’s one of my absolute favorite books because the story is just incredible and the characters brilliant! I love all of Cassandra Clare’s books, but this series just stands out! I also hope you enjoy King of Scars and The Last of August because both of them we’re a pleasure to read!

    • I love Cassandra Clare’s books too, I can’t wait to get to that series! Also I loved a study in Charlotte, so I’m really excited to get to The Last of August! I still haven’t read the geisha trilogy, but I have read the six of crows duology, so long of scars may be in the far future 😂

      • Ahh, if you love Cassandra Clare, I’m sure you’ll love this just as much as I did because of all the references – they’re TO DIE FOR! And yes, A Study in Charlotte was incredible! And haha, I also only read the grisha trilogy this January, it also took me almost a year to get to them!
