Hello everyone! Am I the only one that thinks 2019 has been crazy fast? How are we already almost through July?!

I’ve done a lot in 2019 so far. Most of which I’m extremely proud of!

I started a book blog in March, and I’m up to 533 followers as of this post. I’ve gotten so much better at doing reviews as compared to when I started. I am still working to improve though. Trying new techniques all the time.

I started my real estate career, and as of last week have officially sold my first house!

I went on vacation to Washington D.C. and saw so many amazing things. During which I took an accidental month long hiatus. (Hope to never do that again!)

I am at 46/50 on my reading goal for the year! I knew it was going to be a busy year, so I set my expectations lower than usual. But wow it’s been a great reading year thus far. My new goal is going to be 100 books. So once I hit 50 I’ll have to update to 100! Hopefully I can reach that goal as well!

I participated in my first ever read-a-thon! The O.W.L.s hosted by book roast. I also plan to participate in the reading rush at the end of this month!

I wrote my first ever piece that wasn’t mandatory for school. It’s a 3-page short story I did based on a prompt from Reedsy. As it’s my first ever attempt at writing, it’s not the best work, but I’m proud of it none the less. I hope to keep writing in the future and improve as much as possible!
